Shaman King 2 for the Game Boy Advance came out in 2005, developed by Konami. You control Yoh, moving through side scrolling stages, fighting spirits and rival shamans with basic attacks and special moves. Your main goal is to progress through each level, defeating bosses and gathering items to strengthen your abilities. Key mechanics include switching between Yoh and his guardian spirit, Amidamaru, to solve puzzles and access new areas, as well as using Furyoku to perform powerful spirit attacks. The pacing is brisk, with some tricky enemy patterns and platforming sections that keep you alert. It feels responsive and straightforward, capturing the energy of the source material without overcomplicating things.
