Play Shane Warne Cricket Online

Swing the ball just right as Warne, then switch to batting and time those satisfying boundary shots—it's got that rough 16-bit cricket feel where everything clicks once you learn the rhythm. Aussie teams, '97 rosters, and way less frustrating than modern cricket sims.

Game Overview

Shane Warne Cricket is basically Brian Lara Cricket '96 with an Aussie makeover. Same solid cricket gameplay, but now you've got updated '97 rosters and all the Australian state teams instead of English counties. The controls feel familiar if you've played any of the old EA cricket games—bowling takes some practice, but once you get the timing down, you can really make the ball swing.

It's got that classic 16-bit charm, with pixelated players and those satisfying mid-90s sound effects. Batting feels a bit easier than in later cricket games, so you can actually hit a few boundaries without pulling your hair out. Perfect for when you just want to relax and smash a few sixes.

If you grew up with a Mega Drive and love cricket, this one's a nostalgic trip worth taking.
