Play Sheep Online
Nudge stubborn sheep into a truck before time runs out—they bolt when you get close, so you’ll be tossing treats or just carrying the troublemakers. Different dogs handle better in tight spots or open fields.

Sheep on the GBA takes the herding chaos of the original and shrinks it down into a surprisingly addictive little puzzle game. You play as a sheepdog trying to wrangle stubborn flocks into a truck before time runs out—which sounds simple until you realize sheep bolt in the opposite direction whenever you get close. The isometric view makes it feel like you're nudging them through a diorama full of obstacles.
At first I just ran around barking like an idiot, but you quickly learn to use treats as bait or just scoop up the worst offenders and carry them. Picking between dogs matters too—the faster one’s great for open fields, but the stronger mutt can muscle through stubborn sheep. And yeah, some sheep types are absolute menaces (looking at you, level 3 jumpers).
Arrange Mode’s the real highlight though. Watching your dog and sheep level up separately—sometimes to your regret when a sheep outranks you and just ignores commands—adds this weird RPG tension to what should be a chill herding sim. Unlocking new dogs gives you a reason to replay stages, even if the Training Mode’s convenience makes it tempting to skip ahead.
It’s one of those games where failing a level by two seconds has you immediately hitting retry.
