You pilot a ship through horizontally scrolling stages, shooting down enemy craft and structures. The main goal is simply to survive and push forward, destroying everything in your path. Your ship can collect power-up items that gradually transform its appearance and increase its firepower; a key mechanic lets you intentionally drop your weapon upgrades to trigger a screen-clearing bomb, forcing you to then scramble to recollect power-ups mid-stage. The pacing is relentless, with enemy bullets quickly filling the screen, and the difficulty is unapologetic. It feels like a constant, tense scramble for survival where one mistake can undo minutes of careful progress.
