You’ve got two main puzzle types: Kryptonex (basically Sudoku with crystals—no duplicates in rows, columns, or blocks) and Crystallization, where you match colors or shapes to clear rows before time runs out. Superman’s powers help—like peeking at solutions or freezing the timer—but they drain fast, so you can’t spam them.

The action bits feel tacked on: side-scrolling shooter segments where you blast red enemies with freeze breath and blue ones with heat vision. It’s fine, but honestly, the puzzles are the real draw. The harder grids get pretty brutal, and finishing chapters unlocks these grainy movie stills that feel like a relic from 2006.

It’s a strange mix, but if you’re into puzzles and don’t mind Superman playing second fiddle to his own crystal collection, it’s oddly satisfying. Just don’t go in expecting to throw tanks.
