Play Technocop Online
Blast through neon-soaked streets as a robo-cop with a short fuse—headshots send goons flying while the screen shakes like it’s about to short-circuit. Janky, loud, and weirdly satisfying.

Technocop on the Genesis is basically what happens if RoboCop had a caffeine addiction and a vendetta against every criminal in the city. You play as this half-robot cop blasting through streets that feel like someone cranked the '90s dystopia dial to 11—think neon signs flickering over back alleys full of guys who really don’t want you there.
The gunplay’s simple but brutal—just you, a pistol, and way too many dudes in leather jackets. What stuck with me were the little things: the way enemies crumple when you headshot them, the ridiculous explosion sounds, and how the screen shakes like it’s having a panic attack during firefights. It’s janky in that classic Genesis way, where sometimes you’ll die because the hitboxes are wonky, but you’ll keep coming back anyway.
Fair warning: this game doesn’t hold your hand. You’ll get swarmed fast, and the later levels feel like the developers just started throwing grenades at you for fun. But if you grew up on games where "difficulty" meant "prepare to scream at your TV," it’s weirdly satisfying. Just don’t expect a masterpiece—expect a grimy arcade shooter that somehow got ported to your living room.
