I picked up Teen Titans 2: The Brotherhood's Revenge on Game Boy Advance back in 2005, a time when licensed games were everywhere on the handheld. It was developed by Artificial Mind and Movement and published by Majesco, fitting right into that era of colorful, side-scrolling beat 'em ups based on popular cartoons. The game continues the story from the animated series, pitting the Titans against a reunited Brotherhood of Evil.

You control one of the five Titans, Robin, Starfire, Cyborg, Raven, or Beast Boy, each with their own unique attacks and special moves. The main goal is to fight through a series of levels, defeating enemies and bosses to thwart the Brotherhood's plans. Signature mechanics include switching between characters on the fly to exploit enemy weaknesses, using screen-clearing super moves that consume a shared team meter, and navigating occasional light platforming sections. The pacing is brisk, with straightforward levels that can feel a bit repetitive, but the difficulty spikes noticeably during boss fights. It feels like a solid, if unspectacular, arcade-style brawler that captures the energy of the show.
