Terran Envoy is one of those weird, ambitious Amiga games that throws a bunch of genres into a blender. You play as Earth’s unlucky diplomat, thinking you’re off to join some fancy galactic council—turns out you’ve basically been kidnapped and given a detective assignment. The aliens want you to sniff out a traitor called the Usurper, and they’re not exactly handing you a roadmap.

You hop between star systems, chatting up bizarre alien delegates while mining colorful crystals (which, for some reason, are the universal currency for gossip). Everyone’s got hidden agendas—some lie, some spill secrets if you bribe them with the right sparkly rocks. Half the fun is piecing together who’s trustworthy and who’s playing you. And yeah, eventually you’ll have to blow up a planet. No pressure.

Each playthrough reshuffles the clues and suspects, so it’s never the same mystery twice. Just don’t expect a cozy space adventure—this one’s more like intergalactic poker where everyone’s bluffing.
