I remember picking up The Chronicles of Narnia for the Game Boy Advance back in 2005. It was developed by Traveller's Tales, and it felt like a solid fit for the handheld at the time, when movie tie-ins and action adventures were pretty common. The game follows the plot of the film, taking you through familiar locations like the White Witch's castle and the battle at Beruna.
You control the four Pevensie siblings, each with unique abilities; Peter fights with a sword, Susan uses a bow, Edmund can climb certain walls, and Lucy fits into small passages. The main goal is to work together to defeat the White Witch and free Narnia. You explore screen by screen, solving environmental puzzles that require switching between characters, and you fight wolves and other creatures in real-time combat. The pacing is fairly straightforward, though some sections can be tricky with limited health and respawning enemies. It feels satisfying to coordinate the siblings and see the story unfold through simple but effective pixel art.
