Play The Jungle Book Online
Swing through vines as Mowgli, chucking coconuts at monkeys while dodging Kaa’s coils—those chiptune Disney tunes somehow make it even better. Shere Khan’s still terrifying, and those hippo jumps? Brutal.

Remember that old Sega Genesis game based on The Jungle Book? It’s way better than it had any right to be. You play as Mowgli, jumping through dense jungle levels, dodging Kaa’s hypnotic coils, and throwing coconuts at monkeys—because apparently that’s how you solve problems in the wild. The controls feel surprisingly smooth for a 16-bit platformer, and the way Mowgli grabs vines mid-air never gets old.
What really sticks with me is the music—those chiptune versions of "Bare Necessities" and "I Wanna Be Like You" are weirdly catchy. And Shere Khan? That tiger’s a menace. The later levels get tough, especially when you’re balancing on hippos or scrambling up waterfalls. It’s one of those rare movie games that actually holds up, even if you didn’t grow up with it. Just don’t expect Baloo to bail you out when you miss a jump.
