Play The Powerpuff Girls : Him and Seek Online
You pick a Powerpuff Girl and zip around Townsville collecting bizarre items—sometimes by punching them out of villains—while swapping characters mid-fight when Mojo Jojo shows up with another ridiculous plan.

I picked up The Powerpuff Girls: Him and Seek for the Game Boy Advance back in 2002. It was developed by Sensory Sweep Studios and published by BAM! Entertainment. This was right in the thick of licensed platformers flooding the handheld, a time when you could find a game for just about any cartoon on TV. It wasn't trying to reinvent the wheel, just give you a solid afternoon of cartoon action.
You control Blossom, Bubbles, or Buttercup, each with a slightly different move set, as you run and punch your way through side-scrolling levels. The main goal is to stop Mojo Jojo and Him by collecting a bunch of scattered items, which often involves beating the info out of various henchmen. A key mechanic is switching between the girls on the fly to use their specific abilities, like Bubbles' sonar scream to find hidden objects. The levels are straightforward, screen by screen affairs with some light exploration, and the difficulty is pretty forgiving, aimed at younger players. It feels exactly like controlling a Saturday morning cartoon, simple and energetic.
