Play The Sum of All Fears (E)(Menace) Online
Creep through shadowy corridors, picking off terrorists one silenced shot at a time—mess up, and the whole base comes down on your squad. The GBA’s tiny screen somehow makes those tense shootouts even claustrophobic.

I picked up The Sum of All Fears for the Game Boy Advance back in 2002, a tactical shooter developed by Red Storm Entertainment and published by Ubisoft. It was part of that wave of Tom Clancy adaptations trying to bring a more deliberate, strategic style of action to the handheld, standing apart from the run-and-gun platformers that dominated the system.
You control a squad of three Rainbow operatives, switching between them to flank enemies and complete objectives like disarming bombs or rescuing hostages. The game uses a screen-by-screen exploration system, with each new area presenting a fresh tactical puzzle. You rely heavily on silenced weapons and careful positioning to avoid alerting entire rooms; a single mistake can trigger overwhelming enemy reinforcements. The pacing is slow and methodical, demanding patience over reflexes. It feels like solving a dangerous, moving puzzle where every decision carries weight.
