The main goal is to manage your budget and reputation while expanding the tower vertically; key mechanics include manually assigning janitors to clean specific messes, directing elevator routes to reduce tenant frustration, and constantly balancing rent income against construction costs. The pacing is deliberate, almost methodical, but a single plumbing disaster can spiral into frantic damage control. It feels like conducting a slow, satisfying orchestra where every section occasionally decides to play out of tune.
