Positioning matters, cover matters, and losing a soldier actually stings. The isometric view makes everything feel a little more deliberate, like you're moving chess pieces that occasionally explode.
It's one of those Amiga games that makes you wonder how they fit so much into so little. Just don't get too attached to your squad.
