Tiny Toon Adventures: Wacky Sports came out for the Game Boy in 1994, published by Konami. It was one of those many licensed titles that filled the portable library back then, a simple collection of sports-themed mini-games featuring the cast from the cartoon.
You control either Buster Bunny or Babs Bunny, moving through a series of events like baseball, mini-golf, and carnival games. The main objective is just to get a high score in each event. You swing a bat by timing a moving cursor, putt a ball across bizarre, obstacle-filled greens, and test your aim in shooting galleries. The pacing is quick, jumping from one event to the next, and the difficulty can spike unexpectedly, especially in the later stages. It feels exactly like a pocket-sized cartoon, silly and unpredictable.
