Totally Spies! 2 - Undercover came out for the Game Boy Advance in 2006, developed by Étranges Libellules and published by Atari. It was part of a wave of licensed games that tried to capture the spirit of animated shows, something the GBA handled pretty well in its later years. The game follows the three spies, Sam, Clover, and Alex, as they go undercover to foil another villainous plot.
You switch between the three spies, each with unique gadgets and abilities, to navigate through side-scrolling levels. The main goal is to complete missions by sneaking past guards, engaging in simple combat, and solving environmental puzzles. You collect items like lipstick lasers and jetpacks, using them to access new areas or disable enemies. The pacing is brisk, with a moderate difficulty that spikes during boss fights.
