Download Tube Warriors (AGA)_Disk1 ROM โ Amiga Game
1994 Amiga tunnel shooter. Pilot a hovercraft through corridors, shoot enemy drones, collect power-ups, and battle bosses. Uses AGA chipset for smooth scrolling.
Game Overview
Tube Warriors came out for the Amiga in 1994, developed by Digital Concepts and published by Renegade. It was one of those games that made use of the AGA chipset, which meant smoother visuals and more colors on capable hardware. At the time, the Amiga was still home to a lot of creative, often experimental titles, and this one fit right into that mix.
You pilot a small hovercraft through a series of tight, maze-like tunnels, shooting down enemy drones and dodging their fire. Your main goal is to clear each screen of enemies before moving deeper into the facility, collecting power-ups like weapon upgrades and shields along the way. The game uses a screen-by-screen structure, so you advance one section at a time, with occasional boss encounters that break up the action. The pacing is fast, and the difficulty can spike quickly, especially when multiple enemies fill the narrow corridors. It feels tense and focused, demanding quick reflexes and careful navigation.
