Urban Yeti! came out in 2002 for the Game Boy Advance, developed by Cave+Barn Studios. It was part of that wave of quirky platformers that tried something a little different, leaning into humor and oddball scenarios rather than pure precision. It didn't get a huge amount of attention at the time, but it found its audience among players looking for something lighthearted and a bit silly.

You control a large, awkward yeti trying to complete various tasks across a modern city to win the affection of his yeti girlfriend. The main objective changes from stage to stage; one level might have you carefully stacking crates to reach a high window, while another tasks you with causing a traffic jam to steal a float from a parade. Signature mechanics include picking up and throwing objects (often with comically poor aim), using your bulk to shoulder-barge through certain walls, and navigating environments that aren't built for a creature your size. The pacing is brisk, and the difficulty comes more from managing the yeti's deliberate, clumsy movement than from brutal enemy patterns. It feels like you're constantly barely pulling off each chaotic plan.
