Valhalla - Before The War_Disk6 is one of those classic Amiga RPGs that feels like stumbling into a Norse legend scribbled in an old notebook. The pixel art has that chunky, colorful charm only old-school games pull off, and the combat’s simple but satisfying once you get the rhythm down.
Expect a lot of wandering through forests and caves, talking to villagers who probably know more than they let on, and getting into fights that either feel way too easy or weirdly unfair. The music’s got that synth-y Amiga vibe that either nails the atmosphere or gets stuck in your head for days. It’s not the deepest RPG out there, but there’s something oddly cozy about it.
