Game Overview

Vaxine is this weirdly addictive Amiga game where you're basically the immune system's last line of defense. You float around this donut-shaped grid (yeah, toroidal—fancy word for "donut") protecting these half-sphere base cells from swarms of colorful attacking viruses. The trick? Matching colors. Your antibodies come in three colors, and you've got to hit the viruses with the right one or they just keep multiplying.

At first it seems simple—just shoot the matching color—but then you realize you're running low on blue shots while a swarm of blue viruses is closing in. And just when you think you've got it under control, these jerks called Spitters show up and start barfing out more enemies if you take too long. The tension builds fast, and suddenly you're sweating over every shot like it's your last. Which, if you mess up, it might be.

It's one of those games that starts off feeling like a puzzle and ends up feeling like a panic attack in the best way possible.
