Game Overview
VideoKid_Disk2 on the Amiga throws you into this ridiculous but fun scenario where a lazy kid named Billy gets sucked into his VCR and spat out into five totally different movie worlds. One minute you're dodging arrows from knights in a medieval castle, the next you're blasting aliens in some cheesy sci-fi flick. The whiplash between genres is half the charm.
It plays a bit like Mega Twins—side-scrolling, jumping over pits, shooting stuff in all directions. The weapons start weak (those basic missiles feel like throwing popcorn), but you quickly find upgrades. The laser? Absolute game-changer. And if you're lucky, you'll stumble on smart bombs that clear the screen or shields that actually make you feel tough for once.
Each world has its own ridiculous enemies: cowboys who shoot faster than they should, gangsters in pinstripe suits driving way too many cars, skeletons that just won't stay dead. It's chaotic, but in that good '80s arcade way where you keep playing just to see what nonsense comes next. The horror level’s ghosts still creep me out a little.
