Warm Up on the Amiga is one of those racing games that feels way deeper than it looks at first glance. You pick from eight F1 cars—some with manual shifting, others automatic—and suddenly you're obsessing over tire choices and tweaking spoiler angles before even hitting the track. The handling actually changes depending on your setup, which is wild for an older game.

First race in, you'll probably slam into a barrier because the steering's too twitchy (lesson learned: dial back the sensitivity). The tracks mirror real F1 circuits, and the season mode makes you feel like you're actually grinding through a championship. Pit stops matter here—you can adjust your car mid-race if something feels off. It's got that "just one more try" vibe when you barely miss pole position.

Definitely more simulation than arcade, but not so hardcore that you need a degree in engineering to enjoy it.
