Yuppi's Revenge came out on the Amiga in 1988, published by Ariolasoft. It was part of that wave of early Amiga games that tried to do something a little different, blending action with a kind of corporate satire. You don't see many games where you're literally fighting against the yuppie culture of the era.
You control a character making their way through a multi-screen office building, using a sword to fend off enemies like briefcase-toting businessmen. Your main goal is to collect a series of floppy disks scattered across the levels. The gameplay involves methodical, screen-by-screen exploration, combat that requires good timing to land hits, and some light puzzle-solving to progress. It moves at a deliberate pace and the difficulty can be unforgiving, with enemies respawning if you leave a screen. Playing it feels like a strange, slightly clunky but earnest trip back to a very specific moment in time.
