I picked up 2 In 1 - Madagascar & Shrek 2 for the Game Boy Advance back in 2005, a dual cart from Activision that bundled two licensed platformers into one. You control Alex the lion through linear jungle stages in Madagascar, and later switch to Shrek, Fiona, or other characters in side-scrolling levels based on the film. The main goal is straightforward: move from left to right, jump across platforms, and punch or bounce on enemies to clear a path. Both games rely on simple combat, item collection, and occasional light puzzles, like finding keys or hitting switches. The pacing is brisk, though some sections can feel repetitive, and the difficulty is generally manageable for younger players.
