Play 52 Games [a1] Online

52 Games [a1] is one of those NES multicarts where you get a pile of games in one ROM, some decent, some rough. The first thing you notice is the menu, a simple list where you pick from 52 titles, mostly unlicensed or bootleg stuff.

I tried a few at random. There’s a weird platformer where the controls feel stiff, a Tetris clone with janky physics, and a racing game that’s more frustrating than fun. A couple of the games are actually playable, but most feel like filler, either broken or just not very good.

If you’re into obscure NES oddities, 52 Games [a1] might be worth a look, but don’t expect much beyond novelty.
