You control a lone soldier in a powered suit, flying through the visceral corridors of a massive bio-mechanical organism. Your main goal is to rescue a captured princess from the creature's core, fighting through five stages of organic horror. The gameplay involves constant shooting, dodging swarms of projectiles, and absorbing power-ups that change your weapon, like spread shots or homing lasers. The screen scrolls automatically, forcing you to react quickly to enemies spawning from all directions; the pacing is relentless, and the difficulty is punishing.
