Play Abarenbou Tengu (Japan) Online
You control a deranged tengu spirit blasting through fever-dream levels, mashing the fire button till your thumb hurts—Japan took Zombie Nation and somehow made it even weirder.

Abarenbou Tengu is the Japanese version of Zombie Nation, and honestly? It's even weirder than the already-bizarre US release. Instead of controlling a floating samurai zombie head, you're a... well, I'm not entirely sure what that thing is. Some kind of angry tengu spirit with a face only a mother could love.
The gameplay's familiar if you've played shoot-em-ups, but they cranked up the difficulty here—no rapid fire at the start, so you'll be mashing that button harder than a kid playing Street Fighter for the first time. The levels are just as surreal as the original, with enemies and backgrounds that make you wonder what the devs were smoking. It's one of those games where you either embrace the madness or walk away confused.
If you're into obscure NES oddities, this one's a trip—just don't expect it to make any more sense in Japanese.
