Play Andre Agassi Tennis Online
Control Andre Agassi, move around the court, return serves, and outsmart opponents to win matches in this retro tennis game.
Andre Agassi Tennis came out for the Sega Genesis in 1992, developed by Lankhor. It was one of the early tennis games on the system, arriving at a time when sports sims were still figuring out how to translate real movement onto a 16-bit screen. The game tried to capture some of Agassi's flashy personality, but it was mostly about getting the fundamentals of tennis into a playable format.
You control Andre Agassi himself, moving him around the court to return serves and groundstrokes. The main goal is to win matches by outmaneuvering opponents and placing shots where they can't reach. Key mechanics include timing your swings carefully (hitting too early or late sends the ball wild) and managing your player's stamina, which drains if you sprint too much. The game moves at a decent pace, though the AI can be unforgiving on higher difficulties. It feels satisfying when you connect with a well-angled winner, but frustrating when your timing is just slightly off.
