Game Overview

Arthur And The Invisibles GBA is a side-scrolling platformer that feels like a mix of exploration and light combat. You control Arthur through these bright, cartoony levels, jumping over pits and swiping at weird little creatures with his sword. The first few minutes are straightforward, but then the levels start throwing in more obstacles, like moving platforms and enemies that take a few hits to go down.

I remember one part where you have to climb these vines while these flying things try to knock you off. It’s not super hard, but the controls feel a little stiff sometimes, so you might miss a jump or two before getting the timing right. The art style holds up, though—everything’s colorful and exaggerated, just like the movie it’s based on.

It’s not the deepest platformer on the GBA, but if you’re into movie tie-ins or just want something simple to play through, Arthur And The Invisibles GBA is a decent little time-waster.
