Ever heard of that weird, mostly-finished Sega Genesis game based on the Baby's Day Out movie? Yeah, it exists—somehow. You're not even the baby, which feels like a missed opportunity. Instead, you play as this tiny guardian angel trying to nudge the kid away from two bumbling robbers who keep popping up in the worst places.
The controls are a little stiff (classic Genesis platformer jank), but there's something oddly charming about watching the baby crawl through construction sites and department stores while you frantically point him toward safety. The sprites are surprisingly detailed for a canceled game—whoever worked on this clearly put effort into it before the plug got pulled.
It's short, weird, and definitely a product of its time, but if you're into obscure movie tie-ins, this one's a trip.
