Play Ballz 3D Online
You control a grinning ball that smashes into taunting blocks—each hit sends cracks spreading until the whole wall collapses in that weirdly addictive Genesis way.

Ballz 3D came out for the Sega Genesis in 1994, developed by PF Magic. It was one of those oddball titles that showed up late in the console's life, trying something a little different with its polygonal, 3D-style visuals. It stood out on a system known more for its sprites and side-scrollers, offering a puzzle-fighter hybrid that felt fresh, if a bit janky.
You control a bouncing, grinning ball, moving it around a small arena to smash into walls made of other, taunting Ballz. Each hit sends cracks spreading across the blocks until the whole structure collapses. The main goal is to clear the screen of these enemy blocks before they push you off the edge. The game uses a turn-based structure; after you attack, the remaining blocks launch themselves at you. The pacing is quick, and the difficulty ramps up fast as the formations get more complex and aggressive. It feels strangely satisfying to watch a wall shatter after a few well-placed bounces.
