Banjo Pilot came out on the Game Boy Advance in 2005, developed by Rare. You control Banjo and other characters from the series, each in their own aircraft, racing through themed tracks filled with obstacles and shortcuts. The main goal is straightforward: finish first. You collect eggs to shoot at opponents, perform barrel rolls to deflect incoming attacks, and fly through rings for temporary speed boosts. The pacing is fast, and the difficulty can spike on later courses, especially when navigating tight turns or avoiding environmental hazards. It feels responsive and chaotic in the best way, like you're always one good move away from pulling ahead.
