Barbie and the Magic of Pegasus came out on Game Boy Advance in 2005, developed by Vicarious Visions. It was one of those licensed games that felt pretty common for the system, aimed at a younger audience but with a clear effort put into the mechanics. You don't see many games built around flying a pegasus, so it stood out in that way.

You control Princess Annika, who explores a variety of levels on foot and in the air with her pegasus, Brietta. The main goal is to break an evil wizard's curse by collecting magical crystals scattered across the world. On the ground, you solve simple environmental puzzles and talk to characters to progress. The flying sections are breezy and open, letting you soar around to find items or race through rings. The game mixes in some light mini-games, like ice skating or memory challenges, to break up the action. It's not a difficult game, clearly made to be accessible, but moving between walking and flying gives it a nice pace. It feels gentle and imaginative, like a short storybook you play through.
