You play as Barbie, moving through locations screen by screen, searching for clues and avoiding guards. The main goal is to stop a villain from stealing precious gems, which involves exploring environments, completing mini-games like decoding messages or disarming lasers, and using gadgets such as a grappling hook or lipstick communicator. The pacing is fairly relaxed, with simple stealth elements and puzzles that aren’t too demanding. It feels straightforward and light, like a casual afternoon adventure.
