The music’s got that eerie synth vibe, and the combat? Brutal in the best way. One wrong turn early on, and your party’s getting chewed up by wolves or cursed by some wizard’s stray spell.
What I love is how unapologetically old-school it is—no hand-holding, just you, your map sketches, and the creeping dread of running low on torches. The spell names alone are worth it: "Mage Fist" sounds cooler than half the spells in modern RPGs. Just don’t get too attached to your first few characters.
