Ah, Bard's Tale on the Amiga—classic dungeon crawling with that perfect '80s RPG vibe. You start off in a grimy tavern (where else?) rolling up a party of adventurers, trying not to get wiped out by the first random encounter. The second disk ramps things up with tougher dungeons and spells that actually start feeling useful—if you survive long enough to cast them.
It’s unforgiving in that old-school way where mapping the labyrinthine corridors on graph paper was half the battle. But there’s something weirdly satisfying about finally outfitting your party with decent gear after scraping by on looted daggers and prayers. Just watch out for those teleport traps.
