Barney Mouse is one of those classic Amiga platformers where you’re just a little mouse trying to survive a very hostile house. You’ll be hopping around single-screen rooms, dodging other mice (who apparently really don’t like you), while scrambling to find the right keys for the exits. Some doors need red keys, others blue—good luck remembering which is which when you’re being chased.

Oh, and there’s fruit everywhere. Grabbing it gives you points, but honestly, I mostly ignored it unless I was desperate for a high score. The real challenge is figuring out the room layouts before some angry rodent bumps into you and costs you a life. It’s simple, but those exits can be sneaky.
