Batman - The Movie on Amiga is one of those classic licensed games that somehow nails the vibe of the film while being its own weird little thing. You start off swooping through Gotham in the Batwing, dodging buildings and taking down enemy planes—which feels great until you realize how easy it is to clip a skyscraper and explode instantly. Then it switches to side-scrolling beat 'em ups, driving sections, and even a first-person Batcave puzzle bit. The controls are janky by modern standards, but there's something charming about how ambitious it was for its time. Just don’t expect it to hold your hand.
Also, good luck with the Joker’s laughing gas maze. That part’s brutal.
