Battle Network RockMan EXE 2 is that perfect mix of deck-building and real-time action where you're constantly switching between Lan in the real world and MegaMan.EXE in the cyber world. The first time I played, I got wrecked by a basic virus because I didn’t realize how much positioning matters—you can’t just spam attacks.
The chip system is addictive once you get the hang of it. Finding combos that chain together never gets old, especially when you pull off something ridiculous like freezing an enemy and then shattering them with a hammer. And the bosses? Way meaner than the first game. ShadowMan’s fight still gives me flashbacks.
It’s got that classic GBA charm—bright colors, crunchy sound effects, and a story that’s somehow both silly and weirdly intense. If you’ve ever wanted to feel like a kid arguing with your PET while saving the internet, this is the one.
