So Bingo 75 on NES is basically a slot machine game with... uh, let's call it a very 80s-style bonus feature. You start by mashing the B button to rack up credits (100 per press), then hit A to place bets across rows. First bet goes on row 1, next on row 2 - max 5 credits per row. There's a Small/Big bet option too.
Here's the twist they don't put in the manual: win enough double-up minigames and you unlock progressively... let's say revealing pictures of a woman. Each win strips another layer of clothing off the pixelated lady. It's about as subtle as you'd expect from an unlicensed NES title - equal parts ridiculous and fascinating as a weird artifact of gaming history.
