Classic Concentration on the NES came out in 1990, published by GameTek. It was a straightforward adaptation of the TV game show, fitting right in with the era's wave of licensed titles that tried to capture the feel of popular media on the console. You control a cursor to flip over tiles, two at a time, trying to match symbols or prize images. The main goal is to clear the board by finding all pairs, which gradually reveals a rebus puzzle underneath. You solve that puzzle to win the round. The pacing is deliberate, almost tense, because every wrong guess gives your opponent a chance to take a turn or advance.
