Play Combat Cars Online
Pick a car, load up on missiles, and try not to spin out while blasting rivals off the track—half the fun is watching them wipe out in your rearview. The handling’s slippery, the weapons are ridiculous, and every race turns into pure chaos.

Combat Cars came out for the Sega Genesis in 1994, published by Accolade. It was part of that wave of early 90s games where developers were really pushing what the hardware could do with fast, chaotic multiplayer experiences. It didn't have the polish of some bigger titles, but it had a certain charm and a focus on pure, uncomplicated destruction.
You control one of several armed vehicles, racing around closed arenas instead of traditional tracks. The main objective is to be the last car running by destroying your opponents with an array of pick-up weapons like homing missiles and proximity mines. The controls are deliberately loose, making drifting and recovery a big part of the strategy, and the screen can get incredibly hectic with explosions and weapon fire. It feels like controlled, joyful mayhem from start to finish.
