If you've ever wished Mario Kart had more explosions, weird animal noises, and a slightly unhinged marsupial behind the wheel, this Japan-only GBA version of Crash Nitro Kart is your jam. It's got all the chaotic energy of the console game—tight drifting, ridiculous power-ups (who knew wumpa fruit could be weaponized?), and tracks that feel like they were designed by someone who just drank six energy drinks.

What surprised me was how well it handles on the tiny screen. The controls are responsive, and once you get the hang of sliding around corners while dodging TNT crates, it’s stupidly satisfying. Cortex’s evil laugh when he nails you with a missile never gets old. Definitely a hidden gem if you can track it down.
