Crayon Shin-Chan 4 came out for the Game Boy in 1994, published by Bandai. You control the mischievous Shin-chan, running through side-scrolling levels causing trouble. The main goal is usually just to get to the end of each stage, but you spend most of your time pulling pranks on NPCs, avoiding adults who get mad and chase you, and using Shin-chan's signature "butt dance" move at random moments. The game is broken up into short, chaotic stages with some light puzzle-solving, like finding a key or triggering the right event to proceed. It's not particularly difficult, more about the silly interactions than tight challenges. Playing it feels like guiding a tiny, pixelated tornado through a neighborhood that was never prepared for him.
