Remember Cruis'n USA? Well, Cruis'n World cranks it up by throwing you into ridiculous races across the globe—like drifting past pyramids in Egypt or pulling off a backflip in a military ATV (because why not?). The tracks get wilder as you level up: start with Florida and Russia, then graduate to weaving through Paris or dodging kangaroos in Australia. Oh, and there’s a moon race. Obviously.
It’s not exactly a sim—more like someone took real-world landmarks and turned them into a playground for physics-defying stunts. The N64 version ditches some of the arcade’s gore (RIP exploding animals) but adds two-player chaos, car customization, and that sweet lunar track. Half the fun is seeing how badly you can wreck your ride while still somehow winning.
If you’re after realism, look elsewhere. But if you want to launch a police car over a semi-truck on the Great Wall of China, this is your game.
