Game Overview

You play as Inspector Raoul Dusentier, who thought he was in for a breezy Mediterranean cruise—until his rich host turns up dead on day two. Now everyone’s a suspect, from the weirdly unbothered family members to that suspiciously devout priest. Classic Agatha Christie setup, but with pixelated 90s charm.

Instead of hunting for random puzzle items, you’ll actually investigate—poking through drawers that magically sprout evidence, cornering passengers in different ship compartments, and timing conversations just right to catch them in lies. The clock jumps forward whenever you uncover something juicy, which somehow makes interrogating the chef about his alibi at 3 AM feel urgent.

Delphine’s "Cinematique" interface was ahead of its time: hover over a suspiciously shiny object and your cursor changes, click to reveal context-specific actions. Want to rifle through the victim’s desk? The game actually lets you open drawers instead of just "use key on furniture." Just don’t expect the polygonal characters to mourn the deceased with realistic tears—they’re too busy looking shifty in low-res glory.

It’s the kind of game where you’ll save-scum just to hear every snarky line of dialogue from the ship’s over-it-all bartender.
