Cruise for a Corpse is one of those old-school point-and-click mysteries where you know someone’s gonna die the second you step on that fancy yacht. You play as Raoul Dusentier—yeah, the name’s as French as it gets—invited for a chill cruise that turns into a classic locked-room murder when the host gets offed. Now you’re stuck questioning a boat full of suspicious rich people, all with motives, while digging through crab cans (don’t ask) for clues.

It’s got that Agatha Christie vibe—everyone’s hiding something, the setting’s claustrophobic, and the dialogue’s dripping with retro detective drama. The Tintin references (Karaboudjan’s straight out of Haddock’s ship) are a nice touch if you’re into Franco-Belgian comics. Just don’t expect fast-paced action—this is all about slow-burn deduction and pixel-hunting for grenades in weird places. The kind of game where you’ll curse at obscure puzzles one minute and grin at a clever nod to Poirot the next.

If you’ve got patience for ’90s adventure logic and love a good whodunit, this one’s a time capsule worth dusting off.
