Game Overview
Played Crusin' Velocity on GBA for a bit, and it's exactly what you'd expect from an old-school racer. The tracks are tight, the controls are simple, and the AI drivers don't mess around. You'll spend most of your time squeezing between traffic and trying not to wipe out on sharp turns.
What surprised me was how fast it feels for a handheld racer. The screen scrolls smoothly, and hitting a boost at the right moment actually makes a difference. The first few races trick you into thinking it's easy, but then the rubberbanding kicks in hard.
It's not deep, but Crusin' Velocity nails that arcade racing itch when you just want to burn through a few quick laps.
