Desert Demolition is pure Looney Tunes chaos in 16-bit form—you either play as Wile E. Coyote, fumbling with ACME rocket skates and giant slingshots, or Road Runner, weaving through traps at ridiculous speeds. The first level throws you right into it: dodging falling boulders, getting launched off ramps, and hearing that classic "meep meep" as Road Runner taunts you from just out of reach.
What I love is how it feels like the cartoons—physics are exaggerated, explosions send you spinning comically, and half the time you fail because Wile E.’s gadgets backfire (which, honestly, is the point). The mineshaft level’s my favorite—you’re dodging dynamite carts while Yosemite Sam shoots at you from a minecart. It’s tough, but in that satisfying "one more try" way.
Also, the music’s weirdly great? Upbeat desert banjo tunes that somehow fit perfectly when you’re mid-air after a botched rocket launch. Just don’t expect deep strategy—this is all about ridiculous momentum and laughing when your plans explode in your face.
