Disney's Lion King (Suxxors) (EU) is a side-scrolling action game on the GBA where you play as Simba, jumping over logs and dodging hyenas. The first few levels feel like a mix of platforming and light combat, but the controls are stiff, especially when trying to pounce or climb vines.
I remember getting stuck on the stampede level for way too long because the hit detection felt off. The art style tries to capture the movie's look, but the sprites are small and blurry, making it hard to see hazards sometimes.
It's not the worst licensed game, but it definitely shows its age. Disney's Lion King (Suxxors) (EU) is one of those games that makes you appreciate how far platformers have come.
